Coordination and communication is a key ingredient of Cyber-US Onsite-Offshore Execution process. Our project teams conduct regularly scheduled project status staff meetings via teleconference, and submit regular reports discussing project status issue resolution. In turn, senior management meetings between top managers from Cyber-US and the customer are regularly scheduled to complement staff activities.
Additionally, we have established well-defined procedures to address conflicts and unresolved issues. At the customer site, a dedicated person (Account Manager) is available to take up customer issues, contact offshore personnel, resolve issues, and communicate the same to the customer.
